Digital watches haven’t really changed that much in the past 20 or so years, but here is where the Phosphor Touch Time digital watch aims to revolutionise the digital watch market.

This next generation of digital wristwatch has a smartphone feel to it, with the ability to launch a number of apps – alarm, stopwatch, reminder, world time, calendar, calculator, and even an app to display information on moon phases and horoscopes!

There are no buttons on this watch; one just simply uses the touch screen to swipe across the different apps and functions. A user-replaceable standard watch cell battery powers it and last over a year before requiring replacement.

Who said that watches of the future had to have a display or face on them? The faceless watch by Hammacher Schlemmer has four disguised LCDs, which are seamlessly blended into the watch’s stainless steel links.

The top row of LCDs display the hour and the lower row of LCDs display the minute; and with the press of a button, you can switch the view to day and month.

The ZIIIRO Celeste has a matt coloured stainless steel case and strap, and is available in four different colour combinations – black (with mono discs), gunmetal (with mono or coloured discs), and chrome (with coloured discs).
