Amazon recently launched the Kindle Fire Tablet, which is said to be a threat to Apple’s iPad due to the value of the tablet. The Kindle Fire Tablet is priced at less than $200, far cheaper than the iPad. In fact, it’s such good value that Amazon are currently losing $10 with each one sold. The Kindle Fire Tablets currently only been sold in the USA on Amazon.com, however, as production increases, then Amazon will begin making a profit from the tablet. The average user will also spend money on eBooks and MP3’s, which Amazon will also profit from. But for now, Amazon will have to take the $10 loss per sale and hope the device is a big hit.
