All over the world people are downloading apps to their mobile devices. There’s an app for almost everything! Today’s focus will be on four SEO apps.
SEO Backlink Tool
One way that people find your website is through clicking on links. These could be links that they find on social media or ones on a different site. A lot of the time, people will find a website because they clicked a link in a blog/article they were reading. This type of thing is known as link building, and it’s a big part of off-site SEO. When a site links to your website, this link is known as a backlink. If a website has a lot of backlinks, it will do well in the search engine rankings. With this app, you analyse the backlinks for any website. So, you can see who’s linking to the site, and how many people find it via that link. A very handy tool for anyone that’s using link building as part of their SEO process.

Google Analytics
This is arguably the most popular app out there. Anyone that knows anything about marketing will be looking to use Google Analytics on their website. This allows them to check all the website stats and see how many people are visiting your site. It also lets you find out how people are getting to your site. Normally, you can do all this from your computer. But, with the Google Analytics app, you can do everything from your mobile device too. It makes it easy to analyse your site’s SEO on the move. The best thing is, it’s completely free and can help you increase the traffic to your site.

Hubspot
The Marketing by Hubspot app is one of the best for budding marketers. This app is designed for people that work on the move and in a fast paced environment. The biggest question isn’t what it does, but what the app doesn’t do! It can store so much information on various websites, all in one place. There is also a section that lets you set goals and targets for your websites. You could make it your goal to achieve a certain amount of visitors in one month. At the end of the month, you can see how well you performed. The Hubspot app also lets you have a look at your website analytics. Much like the Google app, this includes seeing your visitors and where they come from. There is so much built into this free app; you have to give it a go.

SEO Tutorial
My final app is slightly different from all of the other ones. While the others are more focussed on analysis, this is about learning. The SEO tutorial app can provide you with extensive knowledge on search engine optimization. There are sections that will talk about all different aspects of SEO. It’s a really nice app to have if you want to brush up on your knowledge. Or, if you’re a beginner, it can help you learn things quickly!
