The Apple chairman Steve Jobs has today died (Friday, October 5th, 2011). Steve Jobs was aged 56. This sad news was confirmed from Apple today and a message was put on Apple’s website – “Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being. those of us who have been fortunate enough to know and work with Steve have lost a dear friend and an inspiring mentor. Steve leaves behind a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple.”

In 2004 Steve Jobs confirmed that he was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in his pancreas. Steve Jobs will be greatly missed for the many great things he achieved.
